FaceTite is a state-of-the-art procedure that provides quicker and dramatic results without the cost or recovery time of a traditional surgical facelift. Although a traditional surgical facelift will always be the ‘gold standard’ in terms of amount of lift and longevity of results, we consistently achieve from one-third to one-half of a facelift result using FaceTite or Renuvion with or without several additive technologies. FaceTite is an ideal solution for women and men who see drooping skin and soft tissues, jowls or loss of definition of the jawline and neck. This minimally invasive procedure is performed with local anesthesia or IV sedation and can include liposuction of jowls and neck as well as resurfacing with laser or microneedling (see JBSMD Lyft and Fill procedure). A delicate wand is inserted under the skin to deliver controlled, very precise heat with radiofrequency energy to dissolve fat and tighten the skin at the same time. The procedure typically takes less than an hour.

Radiofrequency energy is precisely delivered under the skin to gently and safely heat fat and skin without damaging surrounding tissue. WHAT POST-PROCEDURE CARE IS REQUIRED?

FaceTite is a minimally invasive procedure performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. Patients can go home and resume regular activities shortly after the procedure. A compression neck garment is required for best results if liposuction of the jowls and neck is used for additional contouring.

WHAT AREAS CAN BE TREATED?

Typical areas to be treated by FaceTite are the lower face, jowls and neck.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I SEE RESULTS?

Results are seen immediately, with best results noticeable after 6-12 weeks. To hasten these results as well as to add another level of overall skin tightening, we frequently recommend post-operative Exilis of the neck be performed in the 3rd or 4th post-operative weeks.
