Your Exion session starts with a thorough cleansing of your skin. Dr. Samuels or her nurse providers will apply a numbing cream to minimize any discomfort. The Exion device will be gently glided over the targeted treatment areas. AI-driven energy delivery ensures precise and optimal results. You may experience a mild warming sensation, but this procedure is very well-tolerated. After your treatment is concluded, you may resume your normal daily activities with minimal redness downtime.

After your Exion treatment, you may experience mild side effects, such as redness and slight swelling in the treated areas, but these are temporary and should subside within a few days. Some individuals might also notice minor pinpoint bleeding or bruising, but these are typically minimal. You can expect a quick recovery, and most people can resume their regular activities immediately. Remember to follow post-treatment instructions provided by Dr. Samuels and her nurses to ensure the best possible results.

You can expect visible results from Exion within a few weeks after the treatment. As your skin produces new collagen fibers, you’ll notice improvements in skin texture, reduced wrinkles, and a more youthful appearance. Skin tightening and a lifted appearance will be enhanced in patients who also combine Exion Face or Exion Fractional RF treatment with an EMFACE series of treatments, and this is a popular combination therapy in our office for that reason.
