The procedure is simple and easy, with no preparation required. You lay down while applicators are applied over the treatment area for 30 minutes.
During treatment, the muscle temperature quickly rises in the same way a warm-up before exercise prepares your muscles for exposure to stress. In under four minutes, the temperature in subcutaneous fat reaches levels that cause permanent damage to fat cells and slowly remove them from the body. HIFEM+ energy contracts muscle fibers at intensities not achievable during exercise.
