Dr. Julene B. Samuels, MD, FACS, is one of the few plastic surgeons in the state to offer High Lateral Tension Abdominoplasty with Circumferential Liposuction. This procedure requires patients to stay overnight under a private-duty RN’s care. During the procedure, Dr. Samuels uses advanced tummy tuck techniques to contour the abdominal area and other techniques to deliver an exceptional postoperative outcome.
Abdominoplasty
As opposed to liposuction performed to remove only unwanted fat from relatively skin-tight abdomens, tummies with unwanted fat, stretched muscles or loose skin require some form of abdominoplasty, usually in conjunction with liposuction for best results. Liposuction alone does not tighten loose skin, but after removing excess skin and fat by abdominoplasty and after tightening stretched muscles, liposuction can be added to liposculpt the final result.
VASER 2.4 LIPOSUCTION
A suction-assisted outpatient lipectomy removes unwanted fat from diet- and exercise-resistant areas like hips, arms, inner and outer thighs and knees, abdomen or flanks. Short, inconspicuous scars are made in the skin's natural folds. Ultrasound is used to emulsify fat which is then gently suctioned out. Ultrasound allows more fat to be removed more safely and with less blood loss, bruising and recovery compared to older, traditional liposuction techniques. Ultrasound provides less trauma to tissue while its heat facilitates tightening of overlying skin.
Arm Lift
An arm lift or brachioplasty is a surgical procedure that reduces excess sagging and drooping skin. It tightens and smooths the underlying supportive tissue that defines the shape of the upper arm and reduces localized pockets of fat in the upper arm region.
Thigh Lift

Renuvion

It's an ideal options for patients who want to avoid surgical body lifts, longer scars and recovery, and those who desire an outpatient procedure.
BodyTite
BodyTite is a safe, gentle and effective minimally invasive outpatient procedure that tightens skin (with or without liposuction) and uses radiofrequency heat to tighten the overlying skin. BodyTite is a great solution for less invasive skin tightening with very short scars and recovery compared to body lift surgeries. Radiofrequency heat helps improve skin laxity after pregnancy, aging or weight loss.

Our Treatments
Our non-surgical body sculpting treatments use different forms of energy to target and break down stubborn fat cells. Using natural methods, we can use collagen-building cosmetic injectables like Bellafill® and Sculptra® to help patients contour and fill different areas. We perform the Bella Booty treatment using Bellafill®, an injectable that uses an active ingredient to stimulate natural collagen production to add natural volume to the buttocks and reduce cellulite and tighten the skin.
After an initial series of injections, results will appear gradually in the weeks following treatment. We can also use Sculptra®, another collagen-stimulating injectable, to add volume to different body areas while also improving the appearance of crepey skin and correcting skin laxity, specifically on the back of the hands, the anterior knees, and the upper inner arms.

Avéli
Avéli is an FDA-cleared minimally-invasive treatment designed to treat cellulite at its root cause in areas such as the buttocks and thighs by precisely targeting the septae – the tiny walls that exist between fat compartments and that tug down on the overlying skin causing the dimpling of cellulite. Aveli is inserted under the skin to sever these septae, thus smoothing the appearance of cellulite in a single treatment.
Fat Transfer
Fat transfer, also known as fat grafting or fat injection, is a cosmetic procedure where fat is harvested from one part of the body (such as the abdomen or thighs) through liposuction and then injected into another area (such as the face, breasts, or buttocks) to enhance volume and contour. It is commonly used to augment facial features, restore lost volume, or improve body proportions, providing a natural and long-lasting alternative to synthetic fillers.
